Hi Sarah, Just wanted to say that i have listened to the first audio in mod 1 and can't tell you how good.You explain things in such a clear, precise and easy to understand manner. I like the way that you explain things in a way that you use examples of other things that people may understand to explain a point, eg LO like leasing a car, everyone can understand that concept. Sarrah just a quick message to say thank you i can't wait for the other modules to be released so that i feel confident enough to go and and "do it" as they say.

I've found the modules really helpful so far but being able to ask the expert on specific questions relating to my deals makes all the difference. When Sarah first explained the system to me I thought it was to good to be true, but with more help from Sarah I soon realised that this was the only way to invest in property for me moving forward and especially in this market.On my first deal I found a motivated seller(which Sarah showed me how to) and was able to do a deal which made me just over £80k in the bank when I sold it.
